Updates on delivery service
1. Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery service is available during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Next-day delivery is available at the earliest (excluding remote areas, outlying islands, and Macau).
2. Delivery Area：Our delivery service is available for Hong Kong and Macau. For South Lantau, outlying islands and other remote areas, we can deliver free of charge to Central Ferry Piers, or a third-party shipper appointed by the customer.
3. Staircase Surcharge：For buildings without a functional lift or where products can only be accessed via staircases, a delivery charge of HK$100 per storey, per item applies (up to 8 storeys). One-story is defined as a maximum of 14 steps; any additional steps will be counted as an extra storey. Fees must be paid in advance or in cash to our delivery team upon arrival.4. Rescheduling: At least THREE working days' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a delivery date. The first two rescheduling requests are free of charge. Starting from the third rescheduling request, a service fee ofHK$300 per request will apply.
5. Service Fees: A HK$300 fee applies if notice is given less than 3working days before delivery.
6. And an administration charge of HK$800 will occur if:
- Warranty service is claimed, and return/ exchange of goods is required.
- A return or exchange of goods (except due to manufacturing faults) is granted.
- Customer cancels delivery/ fail to receive the goods on schedule.
7. Severe Weather & Force Majeure：Delivery service would be suspended or postponed without prior notice due to severe weather conditions, hoisting of typhoon signal no.8, black rainstorm warning, other accidents, etc. In such cases, delivery will be rescheduled at the earliest availability.
