4. Rescheduling: At least THREE working days' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a delivery date. The first two rescheduling requests are free of charge. Starting from the third rescheduling request, a service fee ofHK$300 per request will apply.
5. Service Fees: A HK$300 fee applies if notice is given less than 3working days before delivery.
6. And an administration charge of HK$800 will occur if:
- Warranty service is claimed, and return/ exchange of goods is required.
- A return or exchange of goods (except due to manufacturing faults) is granted.
- Customer cancels delivery/ fail to receive the goods on schedule.
7. Severe Weather & Force Majeure:Delivery service would be suspended or postponed without prior notice due to severe weather conditions, hoisting of typhoon signal no.8, black rainstorm warning, other accidents, etc. In such cases, delivery will be rescheduled at the earliest availability.
