After‑sales and Warranty

Warranty Coverage: Structural warranty equivalent to Hong Kong, for up to 12 years.

Service Limitations:

All inspections, repairs or replacements are carried out exclusively at designated centres in Hong Kong.

Logistics Responsibility:

For warranty claims, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cross‑border transport of the item to Hong Kong.

[Macau Section Orders: Special Terms for Delivery and Warranty]

I. Delivery Service Terms

Free Shipping Statement: For orders placed via this “Macau Section”, basic cross‑border shipping from Hong Kong to Macau is included in the product price.
Oversize Surcharge: Queen size (152 cm / 5 ft wide) mattresses or larger measure approximately 210 cm in length after vacuum packing and are treated as oversized items. An additional HK$300 surcharge applies per mattress of these sizes.
Specifications & Handling:
• Staircase Fee: If the delivery address has no lift, a surcharge of HK$100 per item per floor applies (payable in advance).
Delivery Lead Time: Typically delivered within 5–10 business days after order confirmation.

II. Warranty and After‑sales Arrangements

Scope of Warranty Service: Magniflex warranty services (including structural inspection, repair and replacement) are carried out in Hong Kong only.
Warranty Application Process:
• Macau customers should first contact us via the official WhatsApp and provide photos and videos for a remote preliminary assessment.
• Upon initial approval, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for transport of the item to the Magniflex designated service centre in Hong Kong (including cross‑border shipping, customs clearance and related administrative fees).
Replacement Arrangement: Once a warranty claim is approved, the replacement item will be dispatched from Hong Kong; customers must arrange transportation from Hong Kong to Macau.
