1. Storage: Free storage for 30 days from the agreed delivery date. Thereafter, a charge of HK$300 per piece per month applies . If goods are not collected within 120 days of notification, Magniflex reserves the right to dispose of the goods without refund.
2. Refunds: Once payment has been made, goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. Deposits: Held for 12 months maximum. Failure to complete purchase results in forfeiture.
4. Custom Orders & Force Majeure: No refunds, size alterations, or exchanges are allowed once an order for a custom-made or designated model is confirmed. Magniflex shall not be liable for any delays or failure to perform its obligations caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of God, wars, or trade disputes. In such events, Magniflex reserves the right to suspend delivery until the cause of the delay is resolved. The occurrence of a Force Majeure event does not entitle the customer to a refund or cancellation of the order.
5. Adjustment Period & Personal Preference: The body requires time to adapt to a new support system; we recommend an adjustment period of at least 30 nights. Personal comfort preferences (e.g. the mattress feeling too firm or too soft) are not covered by the warranty. Furthermore, minor cosmetic flaws (e.g., loose threads, pilling, or broken stitches) that do not affect structural integrity are excluded from the warranty.
6. Inspection & Visible Defects: Customers must inspect all items upon delivery. Any visible defects (e.g. stains, tears, broken components, or incorrect models) must be reported to customer service within 3 working days. Claims for visible damage made after this period will not be accepted.
7. Odors: Some materials (such as memory foam or latex) may have a natural odour.. No refunds or exchanges will be granted for natural odours.
8. Dimensions: Due to the elastic nature of foam components, mattress dimensions (length, width, and thickness) have a ±2cm tolerance. This is a standard industry variance and is not considered a defect.
9. Exchange Policy: Mattresses must be unused and sealed in original vacuum packaging, with requests made immediately upon delivery. All exchanges are subject to a HK$300 processing fee plus an HK$800 logistics/administrative charge if transport service is required. For higher-value items, the customer must pay the price difference; for lower-value items, no refund or credit will be provided for the difference
10. Third-Party Retailers: Any Magniflex products that were purchased from another retailer will be subject to that retailer’s exchange policy.
11. Warranty: Valid in Hong Kong only. Full terms are available at https://www.magniflex.com.hk/pages/warranty-terms-and-conditions. By completing this purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts the warranty exclusions, including but not limited to: one free inspection in the first year, a HK$500 inspection fee for on- site inspections form the second year onward and voidance due to unsanitary conditions. Any products delivered outside of Hong Kong are not eligible for exchanges.
12. Amendments & Final Authority: Magniflex reserves the right to suspend, modify, or supplement any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments will be effective immediately upon being updated on our official website or internal systems and shall apply to all current and future transactions. Magniflex’s record of the terms shall be final and binding.
13. Disputes: In case of discrepancy, the English version prevails. Magniflex reserves the right of final decision.
